Flanged non return valve.

H special features

• Non return valve to be installed in pumping stations for
clean or sewage water and viscous fluids.

• Full bore type, self cleaning ball. Low pressure drop
and noiseless.

• Body and cover high quality epoxy powder coated
(fusion bonded), minimum thickness 250 micron.

• Working temperature: 10° C - 70°C.

• Minimum differential pressure of closing for a perfect
sealing: from 0,3 to 0,5 bar according to DN.

• Removable bonnet for cleaning or changing the ball
without disassembly out of the pipeline.

• Horizontal and vertical installation in the pipeline.

Cast iron, EN GJL 250 / EN 1561
(former to DIN GG25)

Cover:
Ductile iron, EN GJL 250 / EN 1561
(former to DIN GG25)

Ball:
L DN 40-250: aluminium NBR coated

DN 300-400: steel NBR coated

Gasket:
NBR rubber

Fasteners:
Stainless steel A2-70 / EN ISO 3506
