Since 1976 RACI provide in Italy the original Cla-Val automatic control valves.
From the beginning the intent was to complete the single deliveries with a proper service support for customers consisting of the start-up of new valves and maintenance activities for the existing ones.
For a Clayton valve client this means not only to have a guarantee of knowledge and practice but also to rely on professionals with all the mandatory requirements (e.g. legislative decrees for the performance of work activities in suspected pollution zones or confined spaces).
By providing all the original spare parts we offer the possibility of an optimal and durable use of the purchased valves.
The assistance can be addressed to the maintenance service concerning both to pilot system or main control valve than to entire device (main valve and pilot circuit).
Our proposal for maintenance includes the following:
- Disassembly, inspection and verification of all components of the pilot circuit or the main valve with a worn/damaged parts replacement.
- Returning to a general good state of functionality for all the valve components and re-assembly of the whole system.
- Commissioning of the automatic valve with final check of its correct calibration and the proper exercise of its performances.
After maintenance the customer is related about all the operations carried out by our technician: replaced spare parts, the correct operation of the overhauled valve and any actions to be taken for subsequent maintenance.
WARRANTY
All replaced parts of the valve body and the pilot circuit will be under warranty against manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of supply.
EXCLUSIONS
Operations related to the handling of shut-off valves or to the bypassing and anything that does not concern the automatic control valve are the responsibilities of the client.
Similarly, the committee is requested to provide adequate support in terms of staff and additional equipment to carry out the disassembly and reassembly of the main valve in a quickly and safely way.
